1. Students are able to borrow up to 5 books at a time.
2. Books may be borrowed for a period of 2 weeks.
3. If after 2 weeks a book is still required, a student can ask the staff at the Circulation Desk to extend the loan.
4. Only 1 book in a fiction series is to be borrowed at a time, to allow other students to read books from the same series.
5. Students who have overdue books will be required to return these before further loans are permitted.
6. Students are to present their student ID card when borrowing books from the Circulation Desk.
7. Books can be returned by placing them in the Returns slot in the side of the Circulation Desk nearest to the library exit.
8. Reference books are for use in the library, but may be available for strictly overnight loan.
9. The cost of lost or severely damaged books is to be paid by the student under whose name the loan is recorded.
10. A student who has failed to return an overdue book after polite reminders may have other library privileges withheld until it is returned.
11. Books may be placed on hold for a student via the online Web Library Catalogue or by speaking to staff at the Circulation Desk.
